At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all new and unused products. If your eBike doesn't fit your lifestyle, our dedicated support team is here to assist you with a seamless exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Ensure your eBike is in its original packaging, has less than 10 miles on the odometer, and is within the 30-day delivery window to qualify for a return.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
- 3.Pack Your Bike
Carefully repack the eBike and all included accessories into the original heavy-duty box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA is clearly marked.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
