How long does it take for my Lectric eBike to ship?
Most in-stock bikes ship within 2-5 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do Lectric eBikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are designed for simplicity. Most models arrive 95% assembled; you will typically only need to unfold the bike, install the pedals, and perform a quick safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
How far can I go on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most Lectric eBikes offer between 25 to 65 miles of range depending on your use of pedal assist and throttle.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Affirm to provide flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to ride now and pay over time.
Is the battery removable for charging?
Yes, all our eBike batteries are removable and lockable. You can charge the battery while it is inside the frame or take it indoors to charge separately.
